The practice has a Personal Medical Services contract with NHS England to provide medical services to patients in the Eastville, Easton, Stapleton, St Werburghs and Fishponds areas of Bristol.
The core practice opening times are:
- Monday 8.00am-6.30pm
- Tuesday 8.00am-6.30pm
- Wednesday 8.00am-6.30pm
- Thursday 8.00am-6.30pm
- Friday 8.00am-6.30pm
Extended hours are provided:
- Monday 6.30pm-7.30pm
- Tuesday 6.30pm-7.00pm
- Wednesday 7.30am- 8:00am
- and one Saturday morning a month

Class 3 – What our priorities are and how we are doing
To develop, demonstrate and share our competence and professionalism as a committed research, teaching and training practice.
To provide a friendly, welcoming environment which is accessible to all and deliver the best possible healthcare for our patients.
To include members of the practice team in decision making by encouraging teamwork and good communication.
To value all our staff, and through appraisal and training, support them in their continued professional development.
To work proactively and collaboratively with local colleagues and agencies to deliver the changing primary care agenda and develop primary care services.
To constantly improve services in response to feedback gained through the Patient Participation Group, feedback forms and the GP patient survey website.

Regular meetings are held with all partners and staff to discuss the running of the practice.
